About
The consultant behind Zeni
Zeni Consulting is led by Ismael Baddich, a Microsoft-certified technical consultant based in Brussels, working exclusively on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, the Power Platform and Azure. Organisations come to him for enterprise-grade business applications without the overhead of a large integrator.
Since 2019 he has delivered Dynamics 365 and Power Platform work for AG Insurance, Bank Degroof Petercam and the National Lottery — CRM migrations off legacy on-premise systems, C# plugins, Canvas Apps, Power Automate flows and the integrations that hold them together. Nine Microsoft certifications, one senior consultant, no handover to a junior after the sale.

Co-led the migration of a bank from Microsoft CRM 2015 on-premise to Dynamics 365. Built the ETL pipelines in Azure Data Factory, cleansed and reconciled in SQL Server, and scripted the fine-grained work in PowerShell. Millions of records moved with 0.28% loss — every one identified and signed off before go-live.
